DAY 1 : I’m arriving in Brussels and on my way to the Radisson Red Hotel located in the European Quarter of the capital. I’m excited because I met with a friend earlier in Mons, journalist for TéléMb and we talked about this new project including, young talents from all across the country. With two cappuccinos down, I’m on a caffeine high and ready to take on whatever adventure comes along!
It’s a little after 4 PM when I arrive, and surprise… everything is red… EVERYTHING! I love it!
The reception staff welcomes me with a goody bag and genuine big smiles on their faces. If you know me a little bit, you know that goodies are my weak spot!
My visit in Brussels is related to music meetings and brand collaborations. I got a packed schedule and need space to organise outfits & ideas!
The hotel has a pool table and there is always a guest who I can play with to let the steam of my day go. In addition it’s perfect for Instagram shots as the lighting is super bright everywhere.
My room is a Junior Suite on the 6th floor with walls being covered in Belgian comics stories! It’s huge with my own living room and I admit feeling a bit lonely on my own. However having this large comfy bed all for myself, is a luxury I’m definitely enjoying once in a while!
DAY 2 : In addition of being a goodie fan I’m also a huge food lover! After a gym session in the basement of the hotel, my stomach is screaming for breakfast. The restaurant has a self catering area but you can also order fresh eggs and other hot foods from the counter. Tummy full I’m all ready to start my day!
DAY 3 : It’s Time to leave, I have a slight headache from my night out with my friend and fellow blogger Ruxandra. I call the reception to have an extra hour before my check out and head over to the Breakfast area.
To be honest, I did not want to leave so soon. Two nights were not enough and the vibe I got from the staff, the food and the decoration was simply amazing and welcoming. The Radisson Red Hotel organises Bloggers events, Fashion shoots and concerts nights, it’s a wonderful mix of arts and pleasure! I left rested and full of inspiration.
